But what if the character has existed for hundreds, thousands or even millions of years?

Everytime you double a characters lifespan (in this case a double-double is a quadruple) where the typical lifespan is 100 years, increase their potential level by 10%.

e.g. A 1 million year old lich could be 69th-level.

e.g. A 1 million year old deity could be 108th-level

e.g. A 1 million year old Sidereal could be 150th-level
